A custom ERP for three branches
Winsol Brebo installs windows, doors, roller shutters and sun protection from Dilbeek, Sint-Pieters-Leeuw and Aartselaar. The existing system dated from the early 2000s, and 200 to 250 emails arrive every day across 17 to 19 mailboxes.
The new ERP runs on Laravel and Filament: one instance with filters per branch, one owner per file who gets the notifications, a quote calculator with five pricing patterns, purchase rates per piece for subcontractors, Peppol invoicing, caller lookup and two-way email on the file. We build it module by module, so the team can keep up.
