Winsol Brebo installs windows, doors, roller shutters and sun protection from Dilbeek, Sint-Pieters-Leeuw and Aartselaar. Every day, 200 to 250 emails arrive across 17 to 19 mailboxes. We connect email both ways to the file, look up callers through Telavox and send invoices via Billit over Peppol. Only the owner of a file gets the notifications.
For UNDO, n8n processes lists and webhooks between the systems and feeds the follow-up flows in three languages, with a dashboard in Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
